You’ll manage material flow, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure production lines stay stocked.​​

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of material handling experience.
  • Basic forklift operation experience or ability to obtain certification.
  • Ability to read and interpret written instructions and Bills of Material.
  • Understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of plant layout, material locations, and production workflows.
  • Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect raw materials and supplies.
  • Verify materials against purchase orders for type, quantity, and condition.
  • Report discrepancies or damage to supervision immediately.
  • Assign proper storage locations to optimize space and material flow.
  • Offload trucks and receive materials into the department.
  • Perform internal material movements, including OSP transfers.
  • Stage, kit, and deliver materials, work orders, prints, and parts to production work centers.
  • Replenish production lines to maintain steady workflow.
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment and schedule carrier pickups.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Operate internal and external computer systems to track materials and work orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through scans, entries, and cycle counts.
  • Provide information and support to internal and external customers.
  • Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
