About The Position

As a Materials Coordinator , you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in patient care by ensuring our clinical teams have the supplies and equipment they need—every day, without interruption. This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone looking to start a career in healthcare, learn hospital operations, and grow within Novant Health over time. This position follows a set schedule of 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend required . Reliability and consistency are essential, as this role directly supports patient care and clinical operations. The work can be repetitive at times, but it is essential, fast-paced, and directly supports patient care every day. Requirements
