Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; vocational training or Associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of related experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or materials management (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience using automated inventory or material tracking systems.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies and material flow issues.
  • Experience supporting production schedules in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and move production materials into and out of storage, production, and support locations (including flight test activities).
  • Update and maintain part and material status using automated inventory and tracking systems.
  • Identify material shortages, discrepancies, and inventory issues; recommend corrective actions to ensure parts availability.
  • Analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain system accuracy.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to prioritize, expedite, and complete production activities in alignment with program schedules.
  • Support 787 program supply chain activities, coordinating with enterprise organizations worldwide.
  • Create and update standard work documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Operate under limited supervision with accountability for assigned work scope.
