Materials Coordinator - Commissioning
About The Position
The Commissioning Materials Coordinator plans and coordinates material or equipment deliveries arriving for Commissioning and stages them for delivery when they are needed. When Commissioning is active, there is a high volume of materials arriving which is very time sensitive, so their activities are segregated to ensure timely action and focus. May also involve material returned to the warehouse from the platforms for storage until needed. Communicates with vendors and platform to ensure efficient movement and on time deliveries. Documents transfers, locations, movements and shipping documents. Performs rigging, loading & unloading trucks when needed.
Requirements
- HAZWOPER 8-hour training and certification
- First-aid, CPR & AED training certifications
- Must know hand signals
- California Hazardous Waste Management Certification
