About The Position

Labcorp is recruiting a Warehouse Associate/Materials Control Worker for a dynamic team onsite in Columbia, MD. Position Summary: Pick, QC, and pack shipments while aiding in inbound, outbound, and kitting/restocking operations using WMS.

Requirements

• Organization and attention to detail
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use handheld android devices and scanners
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
• Ability to work on feet for 8+ hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to use PCs for basic functions (e.g., using web browser, checking email)

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily UPS drop-off for inbound shipments.
• Transfer all packages from truck, stack, and transport to sorting area
• Sort all inbound material using WMS on handheld device; restock or bring to kitting areas as needed
• Pick and pack shipments daily using WMS on handheld device
• Assist with kitting tasks as needed
• Stock newly received inventory
• Restock depleted pick locations with reserve inventory as needed or when directed
• Conduct daily cycle counts using WMS on handheld device
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with larger-scale projects such as inventory re-orgs
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Assist with other tasks as determined by warehouse management
