About The Position

Leverage strong leadership skills to guide and direct Business Unit teams, tracking progress and ensuring that materials compliance requirements and market access goals are met. Work with Region and Business Unit representatives to respond to customer, government, and key stakeholder inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, the sciences, or a related field
• Strong program and project management skills
• Background in leveraging AI technologies for continuous process improvement.
• Experience with SAP or other Materials data management system
• Experience in Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business roles; familiarity with product development, manufacturing, product data management and logistics processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to a wide variety of audiences; mastery in English and local language.
• Experience in working with teams across Regions and Businesses to accomplish challenging business goals.
• Strong ability to guide, and support peers in implementing efficient and effective material compliance solutions.
• Experience in managing process changes associated with mergers and acquisitions.
