We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Materials Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize enterprise resource planning (ERP) data. This role supports business operations by ensuring data accuracy, improving reporting systems, and delivering actionable insights across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations.

Requirements

  • Perform work under minimal supervision
  • Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
  • ERP experience (JDE preferred)
  • Understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, production)
  • Typically require a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Process mapping
  • Leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate data within the ERP system
  • Monitor data quality, integrity, and consistency across module
  • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and supply chain teams
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and auditing
  • Create documentation for data standards, workflows, and reports
  • Provide training and support to end users on reporting tools
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Analyze actual product demand, trends and forecasts
  • Compile reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs and production problems
  • Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
  • Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
