About The Position

AerSale® is a global leader and market innovator specializing in aviation products and services to meet the growing demand for aftermarket support in global passenger, cargo, and government segments. The company offers complete aircraft nose-to-tail, value-added offerings, including Aircraft & Component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services (MRO), Aircraft & Engine Sales and Leasing, Used Serviceable Material (USM) Sales and Parts Exchange, Flight Equipment Asset Management Services, and internally developed aircraft and component modifications (engineered solutions) designed to enhance aircraft performance and operating economics. The Materials Analyst will be responsible for developing and performing analytics to support supply chain operations and other key business functions, managing purchase orders, identifying process improvements, and optimizing material availability.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or material data, including strategies, processes, and procedures
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ERP data governance, data management, or supply chain data
• Experience working within purchasing and sourcing environments
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes and operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and perform analytics to support supply chain operations and other key business functions
• Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely availability of operational materials
• Identify gaps in material-related operational processes and recommend improvements
• Analyze inventory data and recommend actions to optimize supply and support operations
• Develop minimum/maximum levels for commonly used materials to maintain adequate availability
• Create, maintain, and deliver published metrics, ad hoc reports, and other data insights as needed
