We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Material & Warehouse Coordinator to oversee material purchasing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management operations. Requirements

Experience in purchasing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft 365
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Forklift Certificate (we will train)
Able to lift 50lbs+

Responsibilities

Maintain material strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective warehouse
Uphold relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing
Shipping/receiving operations to ensure accurate and efficient handling of goods
Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
Work with all electrical teams to forecast and plan inventory requirements
Coordinate material deliveries to electrical teams in the field
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Assist PM’s with materials for job BOM’s
