About The Position

Package Materials: You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards. Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment. Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment. Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate assigned equipment safely
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Mount & dismount equipment
• Capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time
• Be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of manufacturing and/ or warehouse experience
• Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval
• Lift truck operation experience
