Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or retail supporting non-production materials or tooling.
• Physically able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs, walk/stand throughout shift, bend, climb stairs, and package/unload materials.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as required.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Forklift license or the ability to obtain one.

• Experience using the following systems/tools:
• ERPLN (Enterprise Resource Planning for Logistics)
• Order Manager
• Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)
• Enablon (EHS and risk management platform)

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient movement of production parts and materials into/out of storage, production, and staging areas per standard work instructions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report work-in-process (WIP) status to support schedule adherence.
• Communicate material and part availability using manual logs and automated systems.
• Identify and resolve material discrepancies or shortages using predefined procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and production teams to prioritize and expedite material flow.
