Responsibilities

• Take charge of receiving, shipping, and stocking materials and finished products that fuel our business.
• Pull parts, provide supplies, and proactively solve constraints to ensure our shops and work cells meet customer requirements.
• Handle critical tasks like customs documentation, certificates of conformance, and generating reports.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and departments like production, contracts, inspection, and finance.
• Manage material flow, perform cycle counts, release work orders, and act as the liaison between planning, purchasing, and receiving inspection.
• Manage WIP transactions to prepping boards for OSP and generating pick slips
• Research and resolve shortages, manage order requests, and ensure timely delivery of critical parts.
• Serve as a versatile operator across stockroom, shipping, and receiving functions, adapting to dynamic needs and challenges.
