Requirements

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Ability to read and write in English in order to understand work instructions, safety protocols, and communicate effectively within the team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or inventory management
• Experience in a manufacturing or clean room environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to support multiple production areas as needed
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs regularly
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming materials and components
• Safely transport and deliver materials to designated production areas using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts)
• Maintain organized inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Prepare materials for production and packaging, ensuring timely availability to support manufacturing schedules
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve material flow issues and maintain efficient operations
• Operate within a clean room environment, adhering to safety and quality protocols at all times
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate records and follow written and verbal instructions to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
