Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Warehouse and/or inventory related experience and leadership experience
  • Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, & transportation
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • GPCS (Global Production Control System)
  • GCCS (Global Consolidation Center System)
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Will need to walk for long periods of time from warehouse to assembly lines.
  • Must be able to operate a computer.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including shifts and weekends as necessary.
  • Must be able to operate Powered Industrial Vehicle (forklifts, tuggers).
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
  • Must be able to work overtime as necessary to support department needs (short term and/or scheduled).
  • Able to support additional Logistics Control projects as needed (Inventory Cycle Counts, Data entry).

Responsibilities

  • Accurately count parts as requested by the Parts Shortage Tracker, purchasing and prepared count lists.
  • Accurately adjust Global Protection Control System and Global Consolidation Center System inventory systems with count results.
  • Communicate count results to inventory control and purchasing.
  • Research inventory discrepancies to determine root cause.
  • Review and Disposition Cycle Count waves in Global Consolidation Center System.
  • Perform any other tasks or projects requested by Logistics Control management team.
  • Support buildouts by carrying out counts, dispositioning obsolete inventory.
