Join our Talent Community The Opportunity: Recycling Management Resources is seeking a Full Time Plant Laborer for our Raleigh facility. The Laborer is responsible for supporting plant operations in a safe and effective manner while maintaining the production floor. Hourly rate based on experience. Shift Hours: Monday through Friday 12 pm - 9 pm with extended hours on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- 0-2 years’ experience in an industrial environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- High awareness to safety at all times
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate equipment properly and safely
- Strict adherence to OSHA and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Performing manual material separation for processing
- Removing non-compliant materials during the sorting process
- Handling and storage of incoming materials in the appropriate area of the plant
- General plant housekeeping inside and outside the building
- Reporting equipment issues to supervisor/maintenance staff
