Raytheon is looking for an experienced Material Program Manager (MPM) to join the Advanced Technologies (AT) Airborne Spectrum Dominance (ASD) product line operations & Supply Chain (OSC) team supporting a portfolio of fast-paced development programs in a Transition To Production (TTP) environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of developing and achieving program material delivery and financial performance objectives in a matrixed environment and successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In this highly visible role, you’ll be the liaison between Supply Chain and Program teams. You’ll execute the Program material strategy to ensure the flawless execution from the front end of the business through contract closure. This position supports product development efforts and requires the ability to operate in a challenging and constantly changing environment where successful material strategy execution is a key contributor to overall program success. This position is an onsite working location role with some schedule flexibility.
