You will be the Material & Process Engr Sr for the Low Observable (LO) Materials engineering team which is responsible for advanced systems development, rapid prototyping, and material innovations within the historic Skunk Works program. What You Will Be Doing As the Material & Process Engr Sr you will be responsible for leading material‑focused engineering efforts that enable F‑22 production and sustainment while collaborating across multi‑disciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include: Support the design, development, fabrication, and testing of low observable materials and systems in a hands‑on engineering environment. Plan and execute material development projects, including formulation, process development, test method creation, qualification, and scale‑up for production. Author material and process specifications and generate comprehensive lab reports documenting experiments and results. Interface with internal and external customers and coordinate with suppliers to resolve technical issues and advance material solutions. Drive manufacturing process development and scale‑up activities, ensuring smooth transition from lab to production.
