Responsible for material planning, buliding inventory balance, releasing purchase requestion and monitoring depleteion, reducing aged inventory level.

III. Job Functions and Duties

NO.Representative Duties1Responsible for preparing raw material reserve planning;2Responsible for releasing material purchase requisition (PR), follow up PR execution;3Responsible for arranging raw material arriving schedule according to production schedule, monitor inventory level to keep turnover day balance;4Responsible for monitoring raw material depletion comply to First In First Out, push aged raw material consumption;5Responsible for reviewing sales order, process whether raw material can't meet demand;6Responsible for organizing engineering material changes (when necessary, such as supply-side changes)7Responsible for ensuring daily work comply to work instruction, reach Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)8Responsible for handling emergencies, such as urgent procurement and disqualified batches, etc.9Other duties as assigned10Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeIⅤ. 2. 1 year experience with supply chain (inventory planning, scheduling & procurement)

Turnover Days of Inventory PVB --for Class A (PVB) material planner only
Turnover Days of Inventory Components --for Class B/C/D material planner only
Cutting rate of float glass (Tempering/Lamination/ARG) --for Class A (float glass) material planner only
Obsolete Inventory rate --general for all material planner
Purchasing on time delivery rate--general for all material planner
Purchase Orders Close On Time --general for all material planner
Fulfill Rate --general for all material planner
CIP Proposal --general for all material planner

Requirements
