Requirements

  • 3+ years in a materials planning or supply chain role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills (8D / 5 Why)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Working knowledge of SAP and MRO systems
  • Familiarity with Tier 1 supplier environments and Chrysler material flow
  • Experience with esupplierconnect.com and Mopar Service Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Grade 12 (OSSD) required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
  • APICS/PMAC training a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule production materials to ensure 100% final product delivery
  • Minimize inventory, handling, and logistics costs in a JIT/JIS environment
  • Lead and train personnel in logistics procedures and IT applications
  • Ensure timely part provision and container availability for assembly
  • Manage inbound/outbound shipments and customs documentation
  • Maintain dock timing, perform quality checks, and support Mopar requirements
  • Conduct audits, inventory checks, and layered process assessments
  • Collaborate with HR on personnel matters and grievance procedures
  • Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001)
