Requirements

High school diploma, bachelor's preferred
Strong knowledge of commercial aircraft material.
Knowledge of Aircraft manuals and IPC
2-4 years of relevant practical experience.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Must be able to multi-task and have excellent negotiation skills.
Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge.
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with the Pentagon2000 ERP system.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance as required to support Technical Department with planning/purchasing/repairs of material.
Manage /Prioritize Repairs to support on-going maintenance/conversion schedule
Coordinate/communicate the status of all material required to support the technical department
Comparing company's inventory/assets against aircraft maintenance needs.
Manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate material is repaired, segregated and ready for consumption during aircraft maintenance and/or conversion events
Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels to maintain product availability.
Work Order Management in support of all on-going technical projects
Pentagon SME for the technical department
Special projects, as needed, included but not limited to:
Financial Assessments.
Vendor Management
Historical usage reporting
