Requirements

  • High school diploma, bachelor's preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial aircraft material.
  • Knowledge of Aircraft manuals and IPC
  • 2-4 years of relevant practical experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Must be able to multi-task and have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge.
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with the Pentagon2000 ERP system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance as required to support Technical Department with planning/purchasing/repairs of material.
  • Manage /Prioritize Repairs to support on-going maintenance/conversion schedule
  • Coordinate/communicate the status of all material required to support the technical department
  • Comparing company's inventory/assets against aircraft maintenance needs.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate material is repaired, segregated and ready for consumption during aircraft maintenance and/or conversion events
  • Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels to maintain product availability.
  • Work Order Management in support of all on-going technical projects
  • Pentagon SME for the technical department
  • Special projects, as needed, included but not limited to:
  • Financial Assessments.
  • Vendor Management
  • Historical usage reporting
