About The Position

These analysis, measurement and control products are essential for gas leak detection in air conditioning/refrigeration and automotive manufacturing. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or industrial engineering is preferred.
  • 4+ years in material planning, inventory management, procurement, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of material requirement planning (MRP), Lean Six Sigma principles, and manufacturing processes.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience is greatly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing materials for production to ensure timely availability and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Monitoring production schedules and inventory levels to align material supply with demand.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Forecasting future material requirements based on production plans and customer demand.
  • Maintaining accurate records in ERP or material management systems such as SAP.
  • Performing data analysis to identify potential shortages, optimize inventory, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborating with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing inter-warehouse transfers and validating inventory accuracy.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and monitoring costs to maintain budget efficiency.
