Inventory Control & Data Management Lead the consolidation and maintenance of cycle counts, ensuring alignment between physical and system inventory. Maintain the cycle count schedule, visibility, and performance dashboard for all warehouse areas. Execute system transactions including inventory adjustments, location transfers, code changes, usage of provisions, and sample deductions. Auditing & Floor Execution Perform floor audits to verify material identification, labeling, FIFO compliance, and storage accuracy. Support load inspections and ensure outbound shipments meet all documentation and quality standards. Identify areas of slow-moving inventory and coordinate actions to improve rotation and reduce obsolescence. Conduct periodic FIFO reviews and propose layout or process improvements to enhance material flow. Operational Support & Process Improvement Collaborate with the Training Department to address operational knowledge gaps through targeted training plans. Provide visibility and follow-up on all warehouse and logistics activities impacting service, accuracy, or productivity. Participate in audits and continuous improvement projects aimed at standardizing processes and increasing efficiency. Support the implementation of new logistics tools or system functionalities to enhance traceability and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; ability to develop and maintain dashboards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Knowledge of FIFO, cycle counting, and inventory auditing principles.
  • Problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities within logistics environments.
  • Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
