About The Position

Scheduling assembly and fabrication parts Managing order schedules and related tasks Leading and presenting action plans to improve key performance metrics Reviewing incoming demand with Value Stream Managers to align with business needs Manages product line assigned purchasing performance, including quality, cost and on-time delivery performance of suppliers. Manages and reviews inputs (SIOP, cycle counting, physical inventory, profit planning) and controls (min. Provides input, support and guidance regarding the Sales, Inventory, Operating and Planning (SIOP) process and uses the process Has full control of the production plan in every production line to satisfy customer requested dates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3 years of supply chain, procurement, OR material experience required.
• Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the EL Paso, TX facility will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain from an accredited institution
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in any Supply Chain Area.
• Minimum two (2) year of experience managing supplier relationships.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• MRP system knowledge (MAPICS AS400)
• Engineering To Order (ETO) experience
