About The Position

Prepares lists of materials, accessories, and parts used in production following engineering and design blueprints. Examines blueprints, identifies parts code, computes quantity needed, and lists total material requirements including contract numbers, routing, and special handling instructions. Submits list to purchasing department for use in preparing purchase orders. Additional Job Description details: Responsible for all aspects of the Electronics material process including ordering, tracking and final delivery of material from warehouse to ship across Sub New Construction & Overhaul platforms.Knowledgeable of K-12 Process, SAP, and generating Engineering Reports which supports both engineering and O53 in the processing of material.Supports Engineering and E25 material storage solutions including moving material, drawing material issues, and filling orders to support urgent testing needs.Reviews all material specifications and procedures for compliance.Attends and monitors POD, IWL, Work Package 4WD, Agenda Meetings for test related material concerns.

Requirements

High School/GED and 5 years of additional education and/or experience
US Citizenship Required for this Position: Yes
Clearance Required: Yes- Final Clearance Required to Start

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift 30 to 40lbs consistently
Vald driver's license
Ability to support any shift including overtime up to 12 hour shifts
Ability to be on call with provided device
Attention to detail is crictical
Ability to efficiently operate computer programs to complete daily functions
Secret Security clearance needed
