We are seeking a Material Handling Intern to join our team supporting the E3 Program at NAS Patuxent River. This is a part‑time, on‑call, on‑site internship designed for a recent high school graduate who is interested in gaining hands‑on experience in an aviation test and evaluation program while building foundational workplace and technical support skills. Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD, is home to the Navy’s premier Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) capabilities, including state‑of-the-art facilities used to test aircraft and systems against electromagnetic interference, high‑intensity radiated fields, lightning, and electromagnetic pulse environments. These capabilities support critical aviation programs and ensure operational performance in complex radio frequency environments. The role provides exposure to how logistics, facilities, and operational support functions contribute to large‑scale aviation testing efforts, with opportunities to learn from experienced team members across the program.
