About The Position

We’re looking for a Material Handler who’s ready to play a key role in supporting our shop operations and production team. As a Material Handler, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of general shop or warehouse experience
• Forklift operation experience (required)
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to read basic schematics
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in varying conditions (heat, cold, outdoors)

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies
• Safely unload deliveries using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Organize and store materials in designated areas
• Prepare outgoing shipments (packing, labeling, documentation)
• Support shop production as needed
• Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet production needs
• Participate in safety and quality programs
• Jump in where needed teamwork is everything here
