About The Position

Join us as our new Material Handler in New Berlin, WI, where you’ll be part of a team ensuring efficient material flow that keeps our production lines running smoothly and safely. Your work directly supports high‑quality, food‑safe manufacturing—helping us deliver BioSolutions that matter. In this role, you’ll support daily warehouse and production operations by safely handling materials, moving product between areas, and ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Your work will help maintain continuous production and protect the integrity of our materials and finished goods.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to safely operate—or learn to operate—warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to lift, move, and stack pallets and materials.
  • Ability to work in cold environments, including freezers.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and allergen control practices is a plus.
  • Prior experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments.
  • Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support cross‑functional tasks.
  • Interest in learning new equipment and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up pallets and preparing materials for production and shipment.
  • Replenishing picked and empty trolleys between the freezer and pack line.
  • Completing pallets by wrapping, banding, icing, and placing them into proper pallet storage.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, including WW and Maersk shipments.
  • Operating warehouse equipment, including automatic shrink‑wrap machine, electric bander and banding equipment, pallet walker, riding pallet walker, and platypus.
  • Following proper procedures for handling damaged materials.
  • Maintaining knowledge of allergen control practices within the warehouse.
  • Following warehouse cleaning practices, the master sanitation schedule, and overall property maintenance.
  • Participating in raw material inspections and supporting inspection processes.
  • Following quarantine procedures for non‑conforming materials.
