About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products that not only meet but exceed industry expectations. As a member of the QA1 team, you’ll be responsible for pulling products for internal and customer orders, packing shipments, receiving shipments, and doing inventory transactions. You’ll support the Area Manager – Material Handling, and your success in this role will depend on your ability to ensure timely and accurate processing. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Self-directed and able to recognize and pursue opportunities not identified by others
  • Results-oriented with sense of urgency to in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time-management skills to complete deadline sensitive projects.
  • Hands-on attitude. Willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done.
  • Team player and able to work independently on projects.
  • Must be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities
  • Flexibility and willingness to cross-train.
  • Foster a teamwork environment with every action.
  • Promotes positive team spirit through words and actions; desire to be part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic math, reading and English communication skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn and open to feedback to improve individual performance.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA requirements
  • Comfortable with team interaction or alone under busy conditions with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrable strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products and capable of quickly training and becoming proficient with ERP system (Syteline)
  • Ability to work with a diverse team

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pulling orders for customer shipments
  • Responsible for packaging out bound customer shipments
  • Responsible for processing customer order paperwork
  • Responsible for pulling orders for internal job orders
  • Breaks down pallets of incoming inventory
  • Move inventory within the warehouse accurately
  • Label all inventory properly
  • Create accurate inventory transactions in SyteLine
  • Assist in cycle counts and inventory management processes
  • Safely operate order pickers and forklifts and perform daily safety checks on the pickers and forklifts
