Requirements
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and follow safety rules and work instructions
- Comfortable with basic math (whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
- Dependable with strong attendance and schedule flexibility
- Self‑motivated with attention to detail and organization
- Professional, respectful team player with strong integrity
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and industrial vehicles to move materials throughout the plant
- Load and unload trucks for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Supply production teams with materials as needed
- Track and manage material inventory on the production floor
- Perform basic forklift upkeep and refuel as required
- Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times
