Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Forklift or material handling equipment experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Basic math skills for measurements and inventory
  • Safety-focused mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift

Responsibilities

  • Move and organize materials like metal sheets, coils, and coatings
  • Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts or pallet jacks
  • Keep inventory accurate and materials easy to find
  • Deliver materials to production lines to keep things running smoothly
  • Prep materials (cut, measure, mix) based on production needs
  • Inspect materials for quality and report any issues
  • Follow safety protocols—especially with chemicals and coatings
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
