Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Forklift or material handling equipment experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Basic math skills for measurements and inventory
Safety-focused mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift

Responsibilities

Move and organize materials like metal sheets, coils, and coatings
Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts or pallet jacks
Keep inventory accurate and materials easy to find
Deliver materials to production lines to keep things running smoothly
Prep materials (cut, measure, mix) based on production needs
Inspect materials for quality and report any issues
Follow safety protocols—especially with chemicals and coatings
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
