About The Position

The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and staging of raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility. This role supports manufacturing and warehouse operations by loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to production areas. Duties include operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment, maintaining accurate records, and following safety protocols. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of on-the-job manufacturing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic computer skills required

Nice To Haves

• Forklift and overhead crane certification
• Understanding of inventory movement and control process and principles
• Understanding manufacturing process and principles
• Good organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for stocking components
• Picking and kitting components for production
• Delivery of components/kits to production floor
• Completion and accuracy of inventory movement paperwork
• Responsible for cleanliness of manufacturing area
• Other duties as assigned
