About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented individual to join our manufacturing company as a forklift material handler. Responsible for various task including safely transporting material in a manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Must have previous forklift experience.
• Ability to use and read a tape measure is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to properly identify and compile information to effectively make decisions and set priorities.
• Must pass drug test
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be at work on time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing various tasks involving the movement of materials.
• Move finished trailers and material around our facility.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow orders, and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
• Follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
• Uphold all OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
