About The Position

Key Responsibilities Review and monitor supplies, including stretch wrap, boxes, trays, colorant, pallets, and other required materials. Check all machines to ensure sufficient color and raw material levels. Inspect forklifts (LPG or electric) prior to use by completing the Forklift Checklist (OPS-FRM-022) or using the Phone App. Remove full pallets and boxes from machines; stretch wrap and properly label each pallet. Operate a pallet jack as required. Affix labels to appropriate cases as needed. Maintain and remove boxes, cardboard, pallets, conveyors, and water tanks as necessary to ensure a clean and organized work area. Ensure electric forklifts are properly equalized and complete the Electric Lift Equalizing Form (OPS-FOR-015). Transport scrap plastic material boxes to the grinding area. Assist in job preplanning and perform color or material changes as needed. Move all production to the Hold Area or PRSTG Area using the RF scan gun. Maintain full water conveyors to support production operations. Perform required personnel training. Communicate effectively and contribute to team building. Maintain accurate training records and demonstrate computer proficiency. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 1–2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred. Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scan guns. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to follow written procedures, forms, and safety guidelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
