What You'll Do As a Material Handler, you'll be part of a hands-on production team that keeps our operation running smoothly. No experience? No problem-we'll train you. Your day-to-day will include: Operating industrial equipment like shredders and grinders Setting up machines to meet production schedules Loading materials on equipment using a forklift Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as needed Following safety procedures to keep yourself and your team safe Occasionally using forklifts to move materials (not a forklift-only role) This role is active-you'll be on your feet, moving, and engaged throughout your shift. What We're Looking For We're hiring people with the right mindset-not just experience. You'll be a great fit if you: Are reliable with strong attendance Have a solid work ethic and take initiative Are willing to learn and work as part of a team Have a positive attitude and help others when needed Basic Requirements: Able to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am) Comfortable with a rotating schedule (every other weekend) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Comfortable working in hot and cold environments 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship English reading/writing skills Bonus points if you have manufacturing experience, mechanical skills, or basic computer knowledge-but not required.
