This Material Handler role involves responding to emergencies, maintaining security diligence, and participating in Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Production practices. The position requires preventing nonconforming product from being shipped and identifying/recording problems related to product, processes, or quality systems. The role also includes the authority to initiate actions to prevent non-conformities, recommend solutions, and suggest continual improvements. Primary duties involve observing safety precautions, wearing PPE, maintaining good housekeeping, supplying machines with materials, transporting finished goods and nonconforming products, collecting scrap, and operating various equipment like shrink wrap machines, resin handling systems, and grinders.
