We’re looking for a responsible, reliable Material Handler who can oversee the accuracy and timely movement of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods throughout the manufacturing facility. This role ensures materials are properly received, stored, staged, and delivered to production lines while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Forklift certified
  • Basic computer skills and experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred
  • Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory labels
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, temperature variation as applicable
  • Candidate must have reliable transportation to work

Nice To Haves

  • Basic computer skills and experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Unload, move, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment
  • Stage materials for production according to work orders and production schedules
  • Transport raw materials and finished goods between stations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory management systems
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
  • Label, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment
  • Maintain organized warehouse and production storage areas
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or safety concerns promptly
