Material Handler

We are looking for a motivated Material Handler to join our growing team! JOB PURPOSE Responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and continuous movement of finished goods across a 5-line production facility and shipping department. This role protects production and shipping flow, eliminates bottlenecks, and ensures seamless transition from production to shipment.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to operate a forklift; training and certification will be completed onsite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Lean and continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Supports production and shipping flow by moving finished goods through the facility in a timely and accurate manner.
- Remove finished goods from production lines following completion and QC approval.
- Move finished goods to designated staging, storage, or shipping locations.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping teams to support workflow and outbound priorities.
- Maintains organization, inventory accuracy, and process compliance.
- Ensure finished goods are properly scanned, labeled, and recorded in NetSuite.
- Maintain accurate location tracking of finished goods throughout the facility.
- Support cycle counts and assists with resolving inventory discrepancies as needed.
- Maintains a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
- Keep production lines, staging areas, and material flow paths clear and organized.
- Follow safety procedures, standard work, and 5S practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to support efficiency and accuracy.
