Hendrick Technical Solutions is currently seeking a Material Handler. The successful individual will be responsible for executing a range of responsibilities including management of material movement, warehouse replenishment, packaging of material for shipment, and order picking. The individual in this role will work directly with the inventory team to supply materials to the production environment as directed. Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, standing and moving for an 8 hour shift, and well organized.

Requirements

High school Diploma
2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
1+ years of experience in traditional manufacturing, a plus
Working knowledge of ERP systems required
Demonstrated ability in identifying and implementing structure in otherwise flexible/fluid operations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to persist and succeed with cross-functional communication within scope of responsibility
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have independent problem-solving skills and the discipline to follow-up and follow-through until problems are resolved
Understanding of batch and serialized products a plus
Understanding of BOMs a plus
Ability to work without constant supervision
Ability to self-direct
Basic computer skills
Flexibility and creative thinking
Ability to stand, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for 8+ hours a day
Forklift certification or ability to become certified
This role subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements and as such, U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or U.S. Person Status Required.
