About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is currently seeking a Material Handler to join our team at the Cleveland Outlet Store. As a material handler, you will move donated materials, all salvage commodities/sorts, refuse, equipment/fixtures, or other designated materials on/off trucks and sort them into the designated locations within the store. You will also assist in all areas of the salvage sorting process and cross-train to cover other specified job descriptions as needed. As part of the Goodwill team, you can make a difference! You will become part of a team that helps fund outreach programs for people in need in your local community. These services include pre-employment, job placement, family strengthening, and community outreach services. Plus, you will help Goodwill keep tons of garbage out of landfills each year! Requirements

Ability to perform physical requirements of the position including but not limited to constant standing, constant bilateral reach and handling ability; constant fingering and pinch grip
