Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference. Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 5:00pm – 5:00am) ----------------------------------------
Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Forklift experience required
Nice To Haves
- 2-5 years of forklift experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line
- Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications
- Scrap Removal
- Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials
- Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co-workers
