SUMMARY Receive, store, and issue equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, and tools. Compile stock records for stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Count, sort or weigh incoming articles to verify receipt of items from Purchase Orders. Examine stock to verify conformance to specifications. Determine methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space. Store articles in bins, on floor or shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, or type of material. Fill orders or issue supplies from stock. Maintain record of materials issued. Cycle counts - Weekly Run monthly report to maintain limited shelf-life material. Cut stock to fill order. Transport material or supplies to other departments. Deliver and pick-up material, as required. Maintain inventory and other stock records. Maintain office supplies on minimum/maximum level. Close out and sign off on completed work orders. Follow Safety Policies and Procedures. Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment. Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization (AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor. AS9100/ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES Be familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives. Understand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions. Participate in Atec Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate (including Strategic Planning, AIM, Suggestion box, etc.). Participate in AS9100/ISO training as required. Cooperate with Auditors. Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
