About The Position

We make an extraordinary product. Some might say it defies gravity! As our Material Handler, you’ll ensure our parts are in the correct spots and that our inventory is kept well stocked. You’ll be comfortable on your feet and eager to pitch in whenever extra help is needed. You’ll make an immediate impact and contribute to our production operations by: Safely loading, unloading, and moving materials within the worksite utilizing hand tools Stocking parts used for production and assembly Ensuring levels of inventory are kept up to date Transporting materials to or from storage to designated worksites using a hand truck, electric dolly, hand-operated crane, or forklift Lifting heavy objects by hand or using a power hoist Transporting inventory and parts from our warehouse to the production floor Counting inventory and working with your team on any inventory adjustments Updating our internal systems with any relevant inventory transfers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess quality focus, sound judgment, and decision making
  • Ability to do the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and products weighing up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally
  • Stand or walk for extended periods (8–12-hour shifts) on concrete or other hard surfaces
  • Perform frequent repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, reaching, and gripping
  • Use hands and fingers to handle small parts, operate tools or controls, and assemble products with precision
  • Visually inspect products for defects, labels, or measurements
  • Distinguish sounds such as machinery alarms, beeps, or spoken instructions in a noisy environment
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear

Nice To Haves

  • Be forklift certified
  • Experience using electric pallet jackets
  • One year of material handling experience
  • Experience using an ERP system, such as Oracle
  • Experience working in a manufacturing warehouse environment
