Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years experience.
  • Able to use standard measurement devices.
  • Able to determine need for materials and fill requirements based on own initiative.
  • Full understanding of product flow in the company.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
  • We are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be a professional with strong work ethic and comfortable working as part of a team that includes all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Receives, inspects, prepares, issues, and stores raw material as directed; includes shipping of raw material to vendors under the direction of the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor.
  • Enters receiving data into the computer.
  • Operates necessary machines and equipment to prepare materials such as forklifts, cranes, etc.
  • Performs on-going cycle counting to insure accuracy and performs physical inventories as required.
  • Moves work-in-process to proper departments.
  • Maintains area, tools and equipment in neat, orderly condition.
  • Able to fill out and maintain required company documents including shipping documents.
  • Observes all company policies, rules and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.
  • Performs other duties as required, assigned or directed.
