About The Position
Material Handler – Day Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)Location: Clintonville, WIPay: $20 +/hour (based on experience)Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus — $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 yearSchedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Days | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMPosition: Full-time, Direct-Hire Join Our TeamHoffmaster Group, Inc. in Clintonville is hiring full-time Forklift Operators and Material Handlers to support our production team. Enjoy steady hours, great benefits, and every other weekend off. What You’ll Do Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered equipment safely Deliver raw materials to production machines and move finished goods to storage/staging Load and unload trucks and trailers Use RF scanners to track materials Replace LP tanks and inspect battery equipment Support team-based material movements (plates, napkins, etc.) Maintain a clean, safe work area Follow GMP, SQF, and all plant safety procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift experience preferred (training provided if needed)
- Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule
- Basic math and reading skills
- Safety-first mindset and teamwork attitude

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered equipment safely
