Material Handler – Day Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)
Hoffmaster Group, Inc. in Clintonville is hiring full-time Forklift Operators and Material Handlers to support our production team. Enjoy steady hours, great benefits, and every other weekend off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift experience preferred (training provided if needed)
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule
• Basic math and reading skills
• Safety-first mindset and teamwork attitude
• Steel-toed shoes (employee provided)

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered equipment safely
• Deliver raw materials to production machines and move finished goods to storage/staging
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Use RF scanners to track materials
• Replace LP tanks and inspect battery equipment
• Support team-based material movements (plates, napkins, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow GMP, SQF, and all plant safety procedures
