Perform a variety of material handling duties including, delivering and staging raw material at machines, removing finished material from machines, packaging finished material for shipping, warehousing raw and finished material, loading and unloading trucks and core cutting; all in conjunction with ISO procedures and safety rules. Day Shift • Work from a variety of documents including, Bills of Material, Work Orders, manifests, schedules, packing lists, etc. required to identify material • Work closely with all production personnel to keep machines stocked with material and supplies and remove finished material. • Perform visual check of materials and supplies and report any discrepancies to supervisor. • Move material from and to inventory and record/report the physical location. • Replace unused materials back in inventory. • Perform packaging as required by customer specifications and work instructions. • Cut cores to specifications and stage at machines as required. • Daily inspection of fork trucks and reporting of any issues to the supervisor that prevent the safe and efficient use of the truck. • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances. • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards. • Other duties as assigned
