About The Position

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the job will entail prepare, finish, and pack company products, parts, or materials as per established procedures, which includes accumulating correct materials per order, fill in quantities and weight on orders, and attach corresponding papers to shipment. Requirements

• Proper certification to use fork truck, motorized pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver material, parts and supplies to designated areas within the plant or outside areas as required.
• Prepare, finish, and pack company products, parts, or materials as per established procedures, which includes accumulating correct materials per order, fill in quantities and weight on orders, and attach corresponding papers to shipment.
• Distribute materials to production or other requisitioning areas, which requires counting parts, filling requisitions, work orders, and sales orders practicing First-In-First-Out (FIFO).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain records of material received and shipments as required.
