About The Position

Our innovative automated hygiene technology has been developed and refined over decades by an experienced team of sanitation, food safety, and healthcare experts. As a Material Handler , you’ll play a key role in keeping warehouse and production operations running smoothly by managing the receipt, movement, storage, and shipment of materials throughout the facility. You’ll support shipping and production by picking, packing, staging kits, maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts, and ensuring materials are stored safely and organized. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound shipments, unload freight, and distribute materials to appropriate departments or storage locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare small parcel and freight orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Create packing slips, shipping documentation, and freight paperwork as required.
  • Package products using appropriate materials, including assembling cardboard and wooden crates to ensure safe transport.
  • Transport and move materials, supplies, and finished goods using proper equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, carts, etc.).
  • Prepare and stage kits and materials to support production and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct routine warehouse walk-throughs to identify low inventory, material shortages, and organization needs.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, quality, and damage, and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure all materials are stored safely, securely, and in an organized manner.
  • Support shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers
  • Assist with inventory transactions, transfers, and material movements as directed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping environment.
  • Operate warehouse tools and equipment safely and follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Communicate material shortages, shipping issues, or inventory discrepancies to the Logistics Supervisor or Plant Manager.
