About The Position

The role is responsible for the inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, and supporting shipping and production operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Accurate data entry and 10-key skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with system users and technical support teams.
  • Customer service orientation with a collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Analyze inventory trends, identify root causes of discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain a well-organized and updated inventory system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues related to missing packages or incorrect deliveries.
  • Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments; prepare items for shipment by comparing identifying information and measuring quantities.
  • Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Safely move and transport materials using hand trucks or other equipment from receiving areas to storage or production floors.
  • Execute data entry tasks accurately, including inventory updates and shipping documentation.
  • Pull and deliver materials to the production floor as needed.
  • Utilize SAP transactions and reports for shipping and inventory functions.
  • Manipulate and analyze data using Excel for reporting and problem-solving.
