About The Position

As we are expanding in the Raleigh, NC market, we are looking for Material Handler candidates to build a talent pool for anticipated openings in Early 2026 at a manufacturing and distribution facility in Garner, NC. This first shift, temp-to-hire role offers competitive pay of $17.00-$18./hour based on experience and certifications.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Safety-focused mindset and commitment to following protocols
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout warehouse following work orders
• Receive incoming shipments - verify counts, inspect for damage, complete receiving documentation
• Stage materials for production or shipment in designated locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management system
• Perform inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and PPE requirements
